These guys are amazing!! My husband and I went into the store to look and fell in love with a gorgeous pool table. Jeffrey was super friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. We claimed the table that day and it was delivered about a week later. Tanner and Jeffrey set us up and made us feel involved in every step - advising us on placements and whatnot. Only took about an hour! They threw in some queues, chalk to match the felt (which we got to also pick), balls, racks, wall mount, etc! Highly recommend!

This place is truly amazing, Tanner from start to finish was a Rockstar. When I walked in I felt 0 sales pressure which is nice and I even ended up upgrading myself after seeing their huge selection.... If you want a great deal on a slightly used pool table, look no further Sure shot billards is the place to go!

My wife and i were searching for a specific type pool table (7' with dining top) for quite some time before finding Sure Shot Billiards. My first experience was with Eric over the phone though one of his offer up listings. Luckily, they are open and was able to make the trip out to their location. We were welcomed in by Jeffrey who was super cool and knowledgeable. The table as exactly what we wanted, but we felt the table top needed work to give it a new appearance. (Full disclosure we knew it was a used table) They had a \guy\ who was going to refinish the top but was not up to par when we arrived to inspect it. Jeffrey even acknowledged it was not up to their standards. Eric then called to say they were going to see if they could do it in house. Turns out, it's not an easy process. Since they could not get it up to snuff, Eric took off the refinishing cost as I found a restorer that could make it like new. Fast forward to install. Tanner called to let us know they were on the way and made it exactly at 8am as promised. Both Tanner and Jeffrey were so pleasant, accommodating extremely professional and are excellent craftsmen/installers. The table looks amazing and would buy from them again in a heartbeat. They will treat you like family and truly want you to have the best experience possible. Highly recommend calling and visiting their showroom. You will be happy you did!

These guys are amazing! They love what they do and it shows! Tanner and Jeff make a great team, they did a great job in 1.5 hours. We got a beautiful pool table and my Wife got the dinning table she has been wanting. A huge thanks to Tanner for showing us around and helping in our decision! If you are thinking about getting a pool table, give Tanner a call!

Selection 10 Customer service 12 Scheduling 10 Installation 10 Price point 12 Professionalism 15 Post install follow through 12 Overall experience 15 yes I realize on a one-to-ten rating someone can't get above 10. I use this method simply to magnify the great service we received. From the first phone call Sure Shot has proven to be an old-school business. Customer service is exemplary and primary. All three employees we worked with are all about customer service and satisfaction. I can't say enough positive things about these guys. For the game room and man cave enthusiast, please know they work with much more than just pool tables. They have the ability to supply shuffleboard, poker tables and other gaming products. With absolute confidence I can say your experience will be A positive one. Thank you gentlemen for the table, when budget permits will be coming back for a shuffleboard.
