1.0 1 star Terrible service Upon arriving there is no line so me and my boyfriend are excited to walk in. We are asked for our name and phone number and then told rudely to wait in our car for 15 min to enter, at this point no one has told us after we waited to enter we will have to wait again to be called up to the bud counter. It took more than 15 to wait in the car and once inside we are told to wait 15 more minutes to come up.? So we waited 30 min it would have been appreciative if right away the man at the front let us know it would be about 20-30 min before entering AND getting called up to the counter. Then also they wouldn't let me up to the counter with my boyfriend and only let one person up at a time which is also something they failed to mention upon arrival I suggest letting customers know the full time it will take and all the rules they have to follow so there are no surprises not to mention the man at the front and the lady at the counter when you walk in we're not welcoming at all

This is the Territory location I began at and loved from the start! I like the amiable vibes of the shop, the employees are awesome (Devin, who moved to be a Disney Princess and Julia are why I love Territory- Chandler) and the product selection is adequte. Generally, Chandler carries the most stock on the products I like \u003cGrow Sciences\u003e, even though the Gilbert location or even the new Mesa location are closer. Later I met Cosseth, Rachel and Troy and they rock too!! Give everyone a round of applause for getting you your medicine!
Great 1st experience here. As a medical patient I got in a lot quicker than the recreational folks, so that was nice. The line was pretty long too. All in to time in/time out the door was approximately 45 minutes, including the wait once we got inside, using the atm and time spent purchasing. Nice professional people work here- especially the security guy. He was friendly and professional and had the everyone where they were supposed to be. Good people. I recommend this place. They have great products, prices and discounts. 15% off for veterans and great first time (patient only I think) deals. You should check them out.
They haven’t changed the medical patients prices. I travel pretty far just for the loyalty. Great prices.
be careful of where the tree is coming from. it will be a lot cheaper and on a lower shelf before it goes on there top shelf here. ..what example needed. ok blowfish from giving tree 30 for 3.5. blowfish from giving tree sold by territory sold for 45 on top shelf. from the same place yet territory changes more. I will not shop here again.
