Beautiful venue but was really disappointed with our tour. We started with one woman who gave us a tour of the property. After she had us sit down at a table and said she'd be right back. After 20 minutes of sitting there, another woman sat with us and started going over pricing. While going over pricing, two other couples walked in for tours and ended up just wandering. A future bride came in with her maid of honor to do a tour and the bride for the wedding that night was there getting ready. No only did no one have any idea who we were but it made me wonder if we booked with them, would people be wandering around on my wedding day while i'm getting ready as well? It just seemed very scattered. I was looking at spending 15,000 on a wedding with them and they didn't even know who we were or anything about us. Every other venue we have visited knew our names and didn't make us sit for 20 minutes while they switched out people. The whole interaction just made us feel like an afterthought and like we were just another tour on a list of many. Not exactly how i want to feel when looking at venues for our big day.
