I recently went to rent a carpet cleaner from this store...it was an amazing customer service experience. Unfortunately I work late evenings and wasn’t able to make it to the store until near closing time (8:15/8:30). We were greeted by an really friendly Associate named Ty who helped us pick out what we needed and even showed us how to use it. We took it home and it worked great. Upon return the following day, Ty was there to greet me again and take care of the turn-in. Really smooth experience from start to finish....Ty you did a great job. Home Depot, make sure you recognize this guy! We’ll be back to this store soon.

I'm a transgender woman and every person there recognized my gender. They were helpful, friendly, and supportive. One of them even asked me my pronouns! I often go out to hardware stores as I do a lot of woodworking and handy work. This is not a normal thing most places I go despite wearing obviously female clothing, make-up, and carrying my purse. It made me feel so welcome! I will now go to this store just because they did this. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
