Amy and Annette are a home owner/landlord's dream come true! My husband and I own a few rentals in the area and we deal with the different management companies if issues at our units arise- and Thrive is hands down the most professional, most responsive, and most straightforward company we've encountered. If I could magically move all HOAs to use Thrive as a management company I would. Thank you ladies for making life easier on us and for caring so much about our complex. You truly are the best!

Our manager and the owner was very knowledgeable and seemed to have a good number of vendors ready when we had problems. The price we paid as a community was decent. They did a very good job getting our community cleaned up when they came in and enforcing the CCR's. We had a board member that was combative towards the community manager and PM company as a whole and the board meetings ended up being a lot of finger pointing, which came off a little unprofessional. Every board has \That guy\ and I'd expect the management company to have a deflection strategy to keep board meetings moving forward. Thrive wasn't very quick to resolve some of the issues in our community. Towards the end of our relationship with Thrive, their quality of service decreased significantly and a lot of problems fell through the cracks, leaving the board in a position to handle items they were paying Thrive to handle. I would give 4 stars, but at the end of our relationship (which they terminated), they stopped caring.

Very honest, knowledgeable ladies that are easy to speak to and with. Any bad reviews are obviously from homeowners that don't believe in compliance and didn't read documents before purchasing their home. They stand behind the board of directors and enforce the CCRs each community has.
