I asked repeatedly about whether or not certain items I was ordering from here were organic. I not only asked the host, but management there. I was given incorrect information apparently even after going well out of my way to explain that really wanted to be sure for health reasons. This place tried to give the impression everything there is organically grown or raised even if it doesn't have the organic label. This is not the case apparently! I suspected this after seeing a review about not everything being organic bad advertised at the other location. I feel I was very much mislead! I sent an email to the address listed for customer questions a few days ago and have not heard back. I appreciate y'all trying to offer people healthy food. However I don't appreciate being given misinformation. Restaurants have little regulations about using organic in their advertising or name / branding. The only thing consumers can do is report a restraunt if they feel they are misleading people. Given how much I went out of my way to explain the situation, and they still weren't straight with me is very upsetting. Unfortunately this isn't the first time I have found a restaurant that seems to not be giving their customers accurate information. I've seen other people comment about smaller portion sizes because everything is organic. I've seen many reviews with customers commenting on how everything is organic. This is wrong on some many levels! People are paying a premium thinking they are getting one thing and they aren't apparently. Most people don't really ask the right questions or properly vet places. They are assuming they are getting the truth, the full truth and nothing but the truth! Very disappointed to here I was not ordering organic food like I thought. I hope to hear back from the owners so that I can find something that I can order. Is it fair for me to dispute my bill with my bank, since the management gave me bad information about what I was ordering?!
