This review is on behalf of both mine and my mother's experience here. We were under the impression that the doctor we were seeing was very kind and listened to patient concerns. Instead, I was pleading to the doctor that I could barely breathe through my nose and it felt like I was suffocating. Doctor Chuang told me straight to my face to just breathe through my mouth instead. Also told me he was going to follow up after reviewing my scan, never got a call back. Doctor was also a very strange guy. For my mother, she was supposed to get an allergy test and a CT scan at their office. Employee that was noting info down for the test and scan (not sure if it was a nurse or what) was extremely rude and didn't care to listen or tell my mother she couldn't take her medication before her test. Instead told my mother when she came for the test the next week. I have no clue how this place has over 4 stars, this is ridiculous. Definitely will be spreading the word :)

The doctors at this office were wonderful and seemed to be very passionate about their field. I did not feel pressured to do anything, but felt like I was given options and they helped me to find which was the best for me. However, there was an issue with the front desk. I tried to make an appointment, but the receptionist was very abrasive, rude, and contrite. The difficulty of having to talk with her almost made me go to another ENT office. Besides the receptionist, I had a wonderful experience with the doctor.

This is my second time I went to this practice. First time in 2017. It was a good experience both times. They are courteous and efficient. The physicians were listening and using common sense deciding how to deal with problems. Every patient is different, and it is important not to \just be treated as per protocol\. An average computer could do that.

First time patient here! I liked Dr. Chuang's less invasive approach to my nasal issues. He was very thorough and made sure all my questions were answered, and I had a good understanding of what his suspicions were. I also like his motto \I dont like unhappy people.\

Great attention to detail. Physician was informative and professional. I will definitely be returning. I had pain in my left ear and he was able to quickly and efficiently remove a T-tube from my ear. I was given options for a course of action and selected to have it removed.
