The old owners (American Self Storage) were great! These greedy bozos immediately double the rent, kick people out of spots claiming renovations, which haven't even started yet, then rent to others for more money! Force everyone to pay more stating there will be covered spaces. I did NOT want a covered space. Guess what, once complete, another price increase. They stated Chandler isn't going to allow any more RV storage, SO WE CAN CHARGE WHATEVER WE WANT! I am leaving

Very secure. Ppl are super nice.
Not open when the voicemail says they have Saturday hours. The weather stripping is too short allowing for dust to get inside and they won't fix it
very happy. . The only drawback is that it closes at 7 pm .
