Came here today and the woman and boy at this shop wasn't very nice, the woman in the back had an issue because we wanted to get pretzels but they had nothing to serve... If you're not open you should let people know that so you're not upsetting your customers or having to give attitude when they want something YOU don't have.. You arent even making fresh pretzels!!! They are a day old and soggy.. They don't have any butter on them and you salted them so carelessly! The drinks weren't ready and even before today the bigger women was rude and tried not to serve us at all!! Why do you choose to have a business where you have to deal with people but you choose to be rude...Its worth driving to the outlet mall.. Fresh pretzels don't stick together the way the ones in the cold refrigerator do!!! !Avoid this location!

Wetzel's is totally the best, Aunt Annie's has nothing on these guys! I've been ordering the Bags Of Bits for many years, and they're the absolute best with dipping sauces. Keep up the good work guys!

Amazing pretzels. The guy and the lady working there was kind enough to give me some bits to try. Highly recommend the sour cream and onion or grateful garlic

The best pretzels! In every mall there's a Wetzels and I'm really happy about that. They make the best tasting pretzels and they have different flavors. Sweet, salty and all of them are delicious. I wish they had a drive through! Yes, I know it's all carbs but who cares? A pretzel every once in a while isn't gonna kill you. So the next time you have a pretzel craving, do it right and hit up Wetzels Pretzels!

Lame... They have a NEW seasonal product, Pumpkin Spice Bits, which I was excited about trying... The picture has OOEY GOOEY drizzle all over the Pumpkin Spice drops... So I sample a drop, no drizzle. Strong in cinnamon, barely taste any "pumpkin" in the spice... I figure id buy a small bag and assume they come with the drizzle... Afterall... Its in the picture. 5 PLUS for a large bag (ONLY SIZE? She didnt ask which size i wanted) and all the bits are OVER-caked with cinnamon, and i hardly taste ANY pumpkin flavor. So she hands me completed order, NO Drizzle. I ask about the drizzle, pointing to picture... Oh yea, that cost 1 plus EXTRA!! OMG.... 5 For excessive heavy cinnamon bits lacking any PUMPKIN flavor and NO drizzle flavoring unless you pay another 1?? I will NEVER come to Wetzles again... I can't even finish the order of bits i got they are caked in so much cinnamon... Their is absolutely no PUMPKIN spice flavor in these!! VERY DISSAPOINTED!! Do not come to Wetzle!!
