This place is very spacious and the staff is extremely helpful. They have different kinds of equipment and offer good training classes. It is a very clean facility and highly recommend.

Fine local recreation center - basketball courts, a pretty bare-bones workout room, and party/event rooms. Careful, though - the place doesn't offer memberships, and charges only on a per-visit basis. Make sure to bring cash.
