I originally met Rob in September and he gave me a very reasonable bid which I forgot to send in the payment but even a week late to his deal he honored the price. Things became very chaotic with the weather so I spoke with Rob who was very accommodating and refunded me my money and we discussed next year. I want to make sure everyone knew what a great experience I had. I have to he is great to work with and very honest! Looking forward to better planning and working with him in May of 2021!!

I had to cancel my original installation date due to storm damage. I then had to reschedule my second date due to construction delays. My roof was finally replaced by mid November which is peak busy season for light installations. It was tough getting a hold of Rob during this time (understandably). Which is why I gave only 4 stars. But Rob was able to come through and get them installed. They look beautiful!!! Exactly as described. The wreath on my garage is huge. I love it. I will use Rob again. And I will make sure to schedule early!
Hard to believe we never hired Custom Christmas Lighting before! Super responsive, superior product and fantastic installation crew and result. The neighborhood loves and so do we as it’s exactly to a light what we asked for. Owner is great and super easy to work with. Gift yourself this service! You deserve it!
Ho-Ho-Ho Custom Christmas Lighting did it again! We have been doing business together for over eight years and Rob has been a real treat to work with! The lights at our communities are gorgeous and are installed by the first of November. Great quality, choice of colors and budget conscious programs, make getting LED Christmas Lights a real treat. Thanks Rob and Team for a great way to end the year - Christmas Lights twinkling in the night!
It was an overall positive experience. We requested service in mid October. The lights were put in by mid November. The crew was very nice during the installation and the sales staff was friendly as well. We did a 2 year contract to save on cost. So for Christmas 2021 you owe 30% by April. You just call them when you want the lights taken down. They take care of the lights and extension cords, etc. If you are a new customer I would call them early in the season to request an estimate and get on their schedule.
