If you want a top-notch experience then ask for Mort I met Mort about a week ago. He helped work with me over the phone to find the specific car I was looking for. Prompt to call back and leave voicemails through the day Once we figured out the car, I went in to check the car out and get a test drive. Mort was attentive and helped get me through the process with minimal hassle He even stayed late (after closing) to show me to use all the features of my new toy. Followed up a few days later to make sure everything was going smoothly. 10/10, will refer to others

David in the service department was great. I like that they take videos and send the link so that I can see what is going on. I got daily text updates so I always knew the status of my repair. When I picked up my car Jon was very helpful and got answers to my questions. It was an excelent experience.

We worked with Sally to purchase a used car at the dealership in Jan 2021. She was very professional and pleasant. Overall we were pleased with the process. However, apparently the previous owner had not disclosed outstanding work needed for the car. I was quite upset when a check engine light appeared days after getting the car. The car needed some minor repairs. I immediately contacted Sally. She and the dealership were very understanding, apologetic and willing to help make things right for us, including reimbursing us for the cost of the repair. They handled the situation extremely well. They proved themselves to be trustworthy and show a high level of customer service. I would definitely work with them again!

Great pick up and delivery service. Work was well done. The only reason it's no a 5-star rating is the cost of replacing a battery costs over 600. Otherwise, great work as usual.
