First time I went here to put a windshield on the guy used way too much glue and when that windshield eventually broke again I got it replaced by the same shop and they used the appropriate amount of glue and it was perfect. Third time I needed new door glass urgently so I decided to get glass from these guys instead of ordering it online. First they have two locations and sent me to the wrong one so I had to make a 1 hour 15 min drive from Chantilly to Alexandria and back to get the glass with no discount or apology. The aftermarket glass I got from them for the door glass is slightly thicker than factory and is not fitting well which is very frustrating. Overall they can definitely get the job done.

Amazing experience, knowledgeable and excellent price . Called around several shops and no one could match theirs . Car installation was right on target , was ready when they said it would . Highly recommend this shop . Clean, professional environment. When in need come check them out . Did I mention the customer service was out of this world , I wish I could give the 10 star review
I called Luigi and his team did an install within 3-4 hours after my call. I had called surrounding businesses and Auto Glass Express gave me by far the lowest rate and honestly the quality of service was top notch. They had great customer service as well with professional, respectful employees who also provided me with refreshments. After they did such a great job installing a rear windshield on my Mercedes GL450 a couple years back, I recalled them to replace my rear power window after my new Cadillac XT5 got broken into and again - cheaper rates than surrounding competitors and quality customer service. Being a 2x returning customer, I have now been promised a bargain for a much harder job- finding and installing an original windshield on my brother’s classic 1970 Mercedes. I have complete trust in Luigi’s team and eagerly await yet another home run from Auto Glass Express. So whether you need to replace a front or rear windshield or a side window for your car - Auto Glass Express will give the best rate and service. Even if you need a niche and delicate job done on your classic car, Auto Glass has the means to do that as well. I’ve been taking my cars to this place. They correct other glass people’s mistakes. No leaks what so ever after many years. 20 or so more expensive than a mobile guy who you can’t find again after installation.
