First time I went to this location I was sent there from my Dr. office for pre-surgery Covid test. The service I received was remarkable, quite a bit of paperwork but process quick and easy. Receptionist Gladys was friendly and answered all my questions for paperwork, the nurse Courtney did a wonderful job explaining how test was performed and allowed me to settle my jitters and nervousness to be prepared. The doctor she was friendly and made sure my questions were answered. I would visit again! Thanks for all you do!

You need to be rich to receive care if you have chest pain because they completely refused to give me a covid-19 test and said if I wanted medical care I needed to go to the ER and pay for an EKG and some other crazy expensive test just to get the same covid-19 test that they offer. I can’t afford any of it so I will be seeing not be seeing one of their doctors. UPDATE: Patient First gave me zero problems and setting the appointment was easy. If you need help, go to them.

My job was requiring me to take a Covid test and I stumbled across this place, I was directed to Patient First but they quoted me a ridiculous wait time and spoke with a friend and told me to try this place. Hands down best service I have received since all this covid stuff started. Process was acceptable and understandable. I was impressed with service so much I came back due to injury and needed Xray. Once again secretary was friendly and the nurse was yet again lovely, had her the first time with my covid test, the lady that took my X-ray was very wonderful as well. The doctor came in explain my options, treatment and his suggestions. When leaving the lovely nurse asked if I needed any assistance due to my injury. When I was leaving I contacted the doctor let him know he had wonderful staff and specially the nurse, He just gave a stare and said OK and he continued to typing on computer. I thought that was very rude. I won’t give negative stars due to service I received, the staff was awesome, wonderful and lovely, just the Doctor he was rude. I wish I could give negative stars for position, but I know how ratings go.

The medical personnel and front desk staff have always been phenomenal whenever I come here. I particularly want to thank the front desk for always being so friendly and patient while fielding all my questions over the phone. The web check-in is always smooth. An important thing to note is that you won’t receive a registration link until the time of your “saved spot” window arrives.
