Great customer service. We purchased a new water filtration system for our well system and felt confident that Carroll had the best equipment and deal. Especially when a competitor provided us with false water test results to try and scare us into more equipment. Omar our installer was professional and did quality work. We love our new water system and can taste the difference in water quality.

Amazing service and very knowledgeable in what they do. Austin and Joe helped us out with getting and installing the right system for our house. We had just acquired this house knowing we would need to install a filtration system. Austin helped explain all of what we needed to help mitigate the problems we have with our well water. Joe came in the next week and installed it all in one day. He was able to come up with creative solutions for our unique home layout. Definitely recommend these guys!

My experience with Carroll Water Systems was tops. Omar my installer was the most professional installer anyone could ask for. The work was done quickly and appears to be a quality job. The price based on an hourly rate beat everyone by at least 200. One company wanted three times what I paid. So I received a top notch professional, a great price as well as a polite and knowledgeable installer for my whole house water purification system. I seldom get to say I got lucky picking any one company, but in this case I did!

Stayaway worst company ever 2 weeks ago I bought a Hero 375 Plus system from Carroll Water system. according to the sales man it is the best system in the market. We paid 1500 for it. the system should filter the water and reject at least 95% of the impurities if not 99%. I spoke with the company to complain about as this was not what I was promised. the answer came back “If it is in the high 80’s that is normal.” Really, that’s the best you can do instead of sending someone to check it. Why I paid 1500. The salesman lectured us for 30 minutes about how good their customer service and so on. that was a bunch of lies. I have another system in my office from Aquasana that cost me less than 500 with a rejection rate of 95% and 97%
