I went for an immigration exam, communication with the staff was kinda rude, they never explained to me what they were doing, no good covid precautions. And now after 4 months they are sending me a bill for no reason \ I paid out of my pocket on the same day\ , according to them the insurance didn't cover some part I NEVER USED INSURANCE FOR THE EXAM. I'm not confused, in your system I am listed as Leidy Crooke

I found them online and my experience with the doctor and the office staff has been perfect. I was able to get same day appointment even in this COVID. I am glad I found them as they are very attentive and take good care and also follow up after the visit.

My Family sees the doctors in this office. I can say that i have good feel in the office. All from the front office to doctors have treated well. the kids were taken care from their birth and are now 5 years and no issues. I will recomment to you if you are looking for a new doctor. They take care of my whole family.

I called in attempting to set an appointment and the front desk staff was unbelievably disrespectful and unprofessional.The lady asked me for my insurance and I explained to her that I will bring verification with me to the appointment and she wouldn’t even set the appointment without having a guaranteed form of payment which seems like they’re more worried about money than taking care of people. Staff does not know how to speak to patients on the phone does not answer questions you may have cut you off if you attempt to respond and just outright unpleasant. I cannot speak to the doctors service but I will say I will never know because that was enough for me to not use them. They should really do some customer service training I don’t know who the lady was but she is terrible.

This place is AMAZING! Dr. Virk really is just beyond what you can ask for. We had a terrible experience at another Pediatrician in Ashburn and came here and you could just feel she cared, she listen, took her time got familiar with all of us. The nurse was just as sweet and front desk staff was busting their butts. I know alot of people say they received bad customer service but when the doctors are in high demand the staff will be tending to numerous task they still did a great job of getting to us quickly. Overall I truly am thankful we found this office. I highly recommend.
