We had an excellent experience with Commonwealth. They do HONEST, quality work and don't cut corners like opportinusts do. There are so many roofing options. Commonwealth roofers are professionals who really know their trade. And they back it up with a transferrable warranty; we've got a 50 year warranty! Johnny was our estimator. Super friendly guy. He really took the time to help us pick the right roof for us. We love our architectural tiles. They look fantastic and haven't had any issues.

My experience with this company was a nightmare. Would not recommend to anyone. They put a hole in the drive way when dropping off the materials and con man johnny was quick to threaten a lean on the house when i told him we were not going to pay until the whole was fixed. They never did fix the hole that they caused. DON'T USE THESE GUYS, use anyone else and save yourself the headache.
Commonwealth roofing are fantastic, i went through so many other sales men who had no idea or experience with roofs that i was beginning to loose it. Along came Johnny, brought his ladder measured the place, walked the roof, gave me pricing options. I needed a full replacement of all the plywood, the other roofers refused to price that out, commonwealth gave me the price without hassle. I was completely comfortable with them doing the job, negotiated the price a little to have contingency room, and they worked with me on it. There was an issue with the back portion of the roof, we discussed what needed to happen got the changed order and they made it right and went way beyond my expectations in fixing and making the place look good. My neighbors came looking and congratulated me on how good it looked! These guys are awesome
Great experience with Commonwealth Roofing. I especially liked their infrared (?) equipment that quickly revealed some leaks that were originating in a whole other area than I had suspected. No other roofer offered this as part of their initial evaluation. We contracted for roof plus larger gutters and all work was done efficiently -- even the tricky downspout under the deck. They were diligent about protecting new landscaping too which I appreciated. Would definitely use them again.
Commonwealth did a great job at a great price. Happy with the service.
