This store is awesome. If you are a rider or or your kids ride, this would be a great store to visit to get the necessary stuff. I usually shop online, but in some cases, like buying a helmet, riding pants... we have to try the fit. We've been to this store so many time, staff are friendly and helpful. Most of them understand the equestrian stuff, and can offer recommendations. Now, due to the covid, we usually just call ahead, and buy over the phone, pick it up later. Great selection on equestrian necessities.

I went there to get a new helmet for international helmet awareness day. As a new rider, I really needed guidance to ensure that I got a helmet that fit. Two different salespeople fit me in helmets that were too big for me (on different days). Helmet fit is too important to be selling people ill fitting helmets! Staff seemed not to be well trained to fit helmets. TL;DR - the sales people do not seem trained to fit helmets properly (with the exception of maybe Sue, who helped me with my very first helmet). Do your own tests in the store - shake your head, bend over, your helmet shouldn’t move even without the chin strap latched - and if something feels off insist on trying a different size. The first time, when I got home and was video chatting family members to show off my shiny new helmet, I shook my head and realized it moved around - a sure sign it was too big! Went back and returned it and the salesperson I was working with that day dismissed my sizing concerns as a side effect of the MIPS technology - and convinced me of the same thing, until I got home and bent over in it and it started coming off! I finally got fit at a local tack shop in a helmet TWO SIZES smaller. Helmet fit is not something to be lazy or careless about and that is definitely the feeling I got from their salespeople.

Big store that seems to carry everything! Staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful while searching for the right helmet for my 7 year old rider.
