I have to thank their horrible service, because due to that; I found Flagship Ca wash; which is awesome!!! Now, Stay away from this BP Gas Station/Car Wash!!!! Car Wash/Store/Bath Room are horrible and filthy, Management is horrible, the woman working in the store horrible and clueless. I have a problem at the car wash the guy in charge ( has a bear) don't know his name, could care less about it. The woman inside clueless ( I think she does it on purpose), and the so called \Manager\ ; he was like \that's not my problem\. In a different instance, I went to pump gas, and the machine went crazy and stopped working; after I've just pumped about 2 worth of gas. On the screen it shows that I have pumped 2,222.00 worth of gas. So I went inside to find out what'd just happened and to make sure that my CC wasn't charge that amount. Again this woman was clueless, could not provide any help or assistance. Anyway those are my last two horrible experience there, so I said \NO MAS\; I will never spend a penny at this place ever.
Alternator repair was done for my car. Price was reasonable and it was repaired on the same day.

I took my Odyssey for engine light, and they diagnosed it and it was related to oxygen sensor for which they cleaned and fixed it. They didn’t charge for it telling it was a minor issue. I really appreciate the generosity and honesty of the people working over there. Thank you very much Gum Spring Auto for taking care of the problem and fixing it.
