K&K did an excellent job installing new floors in my house. Mr. Cho arrived when scheduled for measurements and provided a fair quote quickly. On the day of install the crew arrived and took great precautions to ensure other parts of my house would not be effected by dust, etc. that comes with tearing out carpet and installing hardwood. During the install they ran in to an unexpected issue but they were quick to resolve the problem. During the entire process Mr Cho was in regular contact and addressed any issues immediately. The entire process was great. No pushy sales tactics. No price gouging. On time as promised. Great communication.

KK did an amazing job on our hardwood floor installation. We worked with Mike. He gave us an estimate over the phone then promptly came and measured to double check the quote. KK's estimate was more than a thousand dollars lower than the next lowestquote we got. They worked with our fairly tight schedule between closing and move in. And the quality of their work was excellent. The match was perfect and the floors look beautiful. Thank you so much, Mike and team, for an excellent, low stress experience! Excellent workmanship. I worked with Seth who was very responsive and helpful. The pricing from this company is the most competitive I've seen. I've used them 2 times now and my parents twice also. Can't go wrong. Took 2 days to completely redo the main floor and clean up afterwards. Great job. One tip - make sure to review the mill swatches and ask questions/do research on the wood types you select. We are very happy with our floors, however the hickory wood swatch only showed the light colored floor boards and not the darker shades. (This is not something K&K is responsible for - the mills provide the swatches.) If we didn't like the outcome I could see this being an issue, so good luck - it will go well!

John was great. Came out for the measurements and was in and out in minutes. The quote was exceptible and met him at the store to look over samples. Once the paperwork was done he did his best to get the work scheduled within a week of starting the process.
