Lewis Aquatech designed and built our pool. I have recommended them wholeheartedly to friends who are looking for a pool builder. They provide the best quality product and design, and have worked on the surrounding landscape to fit flawlessly. What I will add is that their maintenance is also what separates them from their competitors. The regular maintenance crew is always on time, the same people are always there, they are knowledgeable and they leave the place absolutely spotless. The few times we have had an issue (with torrential rains, etc.) a quick email to Dave, the service manager, results in an immediate dispatch of his crews. They are usually there within 24 hours and sometimes the same day. We trust them and appreciate both parts of their business, construction and maintenance.

I reached out to this company several times to have a pool installed. I've never heard from them.
What a joke. I met with this company in late May 2020 after several high praises from friends. The owner Don Gwiz was very quick to keep contacting me for a first appointment and after we met he promised a quote/design/plan of action within 2 weeks. I have continually had to follow-up with him and each time he says, “it’s coming this week” or “let me follow up with my guys”, never taking accountability. It’s been almost 2.5 months with nothing. Clearly he didn’t want the business but should’ve just said that. So frustrating to deal with a company that is so unprofessional. I’ve since received 2 other quotes from reputable and equally busy companies that held to their word and their follow up has been meticulous. I couldn’t even imagine working with Lewis Aquatech as I’d imagine any issues with a build would never get any attention.
Lewis Aquatech's team is superior. We worked with them to design & build our pool along with retaining them for a monthly service plan. Over the winter, one of our natural travertine coping stones disintegrated creating a potential safety issue. Dave Cox and Sonya Howard responded quickly to get their stone craftsman Frank on the job. Always professional & knowledgeable with a delightful personality, Frank carefully replaced this stone perfectly - grinding out the old, cutting to spec the new stone, matching grout and leveling the new stone. Now, we again have a safe stone edge to our gorgeous Lewis Aquatech pool. Frank is a gem! Thanks to all at Lewis Aquatech!
