We used the free design service and found it incredibly helpful! Tessa listened to our ideas and put together beautiful options for us. We could never have chosen such a beautiful combination of tile on our own. In addition the store has lots of options and sample bathrooms to illustrate different ways of organizing color, shapes, installation designs, etc. I'm so glad we found them.

We're knee deep in a major backyard project that includes adding a screened porch and a pool. Our heads were swirling a bit when considering all of the decking, tiling, and flooring options. We went into Mosaic and within an hour of working with Tessa (Mosaic Designer), we had coordinated a beautiful set of options that brought the entire project together ... and within budget!!! She was wonderful to work with from start to finish. As the work proceeded, we had a couple of special requests that we thought would improve the project and keep it on pace (due to potential supply chain delays due to COVID-19). Well, Jason, the Chantilly Branch Manager stepped right in and made everything work so smoothly. No delays; no surprises!!! The entire team is expert in their products, but what sets them apart is their personal attention and willingness to be a true partner in this massive project. I would absolutely recommend Mosaic.
