Only Delivered Excuses So Far Customer service is horrible - don't expect any honest updates. The salesman promised a 6-9 week install on the contract. When I called him at 8 weeks to make an installation appointment (because I heard nothing) Brian said maybe 12 weeks? Then it was 15 weeks max. I believed Nova when they said it was COVID related delay, but then manufacturer (Sunrise) revealed it was actually a paint issue holding up my project. They promptly accepted a 50% deposit on 10/2/2020 and now 20 weeks later they say they can install only 10 out of 12 windows on 2/19/2021. I asked for a discount and then a full refund and they said it wasn't possible. I selected this company based on their high reviews in CheckBook magazine, but they are too busy to provide adequate customer service - they confirmed they had a record year, good for them. Thus far, their only solution has been to reserve a Friday installation the following week and then cancel the following Wednesday in a never-ending cycle and have their manufacturer call you to request/justify an extension. Has been a total nightmare working with Nova. Their stories will change every week. BUYERS BEWARE!

Nova Installations installed a bay window at my house a few weeks ago. There were no exterior windows on the wall before so they had to create the opening in the exterior wall to get the bay window in. All the work was done in a day. We couldn't be happier with the results. They did an awesome job and for a really really good price. The bay window they put in looks great and we love our new view. We will definitely be going back to them if we have any future window work needed.

NOVA Installations came out and replaced some old windows on our townhouse. Overall, process was easy and the windows were an upgrade. Everything was fine for about 18 months and then our bay window started leaking. It had never leaked in the 10 years prior with the old window. We called NOVA and they sent someone out, who didn't even really look at the window, just said that what they did didn't cause the leak and he claimed that from the street he could see where on the top of the bay window there looked like a problem. However, we had it checked out, and I even got on the ladder and went up to inspect and couldn't see anything at all. Now, the ceiling at our bay window is destroyed and leaking everywhere and we are having to pay to fix it.

NOVA installations Just completed installation of our new front entryway. They did a spectacular job removing and installing our new front entry door. They were super careful and cleaned everything after the installation. As far as finding a new door, after speaking with all kinds of contractors and door companies, it took one simple call to NOVA to get a representative out to the house. The process was without any pressure and we ordered a high-quality door and window combination that exceeded every expectations. Their timeline was very accurate for the door to be ordered and installed. When it arrived, a crew removed the old entrance and expertly installed the new one in short order. Our entryway has been transformed - it is fabulous and improves the attractiveness, insulation and security of our home all at once. this is an important point: NOVA keeps an experienced staff & crew together. Interacting with Sheryl after the order was made is a breeze and they have experienced, expert installers. The owner, Tom, makes a habit of visiting during installation and after to ensure our satisfaction! The door, installation and features all exceed our expectations. We couldn't be more pleased with the results and NOVA installations for any door, window or other home contracting needs.
