They're ALWAYS NICE, PLEASANT, KIND, FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL. Great place to go if your move around for work or just don't have time for PCP. I visited 3 of their locations, my medical records follow me and I'm seen by HIGHLY TRAINED PROFESSIONALS... Way to go P1st. I'll ALWAYS come back! THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE!

Well, I cut/smashed my finger pretty badly and they sutured it up and took x-rays quickly and without issue. For a super busy weekend, I only waited about 15 minutes. The front desk receptionist got me signed in quickly and the staff of doctors and support were super friendly and helpful. Overall, I can't complain. Will use them again should the need arise ;)

From the minute I walked in till I left the center, it was a seamless process. The entire staff was friendly and very efficient. I was in and out!.. I hope I never need to go there again but I will not hesitate if need be!..

I should have asked her name, but the woman at the front desk at 4PM 1/2/21 was so patient and kind with everyone. I am a teacher and I told her she was an angel in disguise with her multi-tasking abilities It! It was very crowded and as she checked me in 5 different people asked when they would be seen and she both made sure those people felt heard and let them know that they would get seen. This was our first visit, but won't be our last. The nurses were very thorough and the doctor was fabulous with both listening and even giving me peace of mind with a test to ensure that I protect my kids and an elder family member! Great experience all around...and that is coming from someone who wasn't feeling well!

I have used this Patient First several times. I love the convenience of seeing a doctor during non-work hours with an appointment. The ladies at the check in are all so nice. The nurses who checks my weight, blood pressure, temperature and height are also very nice. The doctors are often more reserve and professional. I always feel so welcome. The facility is very clean. I love their check on to check out processes. Very efficient and streamlined. The bonus is that they often have the medication I need and they would fill it there for me. But if you rather have it filled elsewhere, it is also an option. I prefer the one stop shop. They have most of the equipment needed for the common needs... Including an x-ray machine. This location is my default location. I highly recommend it.
