Even google not ready to post my Wife's review for this potbelly sandwich shop even after 3 days...Look like this is a paid service now.. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ We been eating potbelly from last 3-4 years never have been this kind of situation. I order Mediterranean big sandwich without chicken, I don’t know why that lady put bacon in it.. Neither we said Anything more then above statement.. neither she ask whether I want Bacon or anything...still that lady put Bacon on my sandwich.. My wife has been vegetarian all her life.. she mistakenly ate one bite of sandwich & felt like vomiting for 1 hour.. There are many people in chantilly Virginia area who are mostly eating vegetarian are also customer of potbelly... The attitude of staff seems to be more casual & don’t understand the problems of people.. This incident happened on 11/20/2020 but after sending email to their management nobody even bother to reply back...terrible customer service after the mistake... My family lost the interest in eating at potbelly any more after this incident. We may not be comfortable eating again at potbelly.. We like veggie Mediterranean sandwich but Now it’s very risky to eat again.. Very sorry for my hard word but it’s difficult..
Something is going on with this location in terms of management and training staff. Urgency and competency to complete orders quickly is going downhill. Placed an online order to be ready in 15 minutes and it’s almost 15 minutes passed the due time and it’s still not ready. Can’t figure out why it’s that hard to get a salad and a sandwich ready in 30 minutes with four staffers working. Use to come here often but will pass.
They have soup, sandwiches and great variety of drinks. They eatery is always clean and festive.
