Marcus and Andre came to my house very promptly after a horrible flood. The water went all over the two floors. They were here for hours, all day. These two gentlemen were not only very efficient and knowledgeable, but the very nicest people to come to my home in the 30 years we have owned it. They were so polite, so friendly, they turned a depressing and upsetting situation into a less horrible experience due to their wonderful personalities. Marcus and Andre are truly exceptionally nice people. I was near tears and my husband could not stay home from work due to meetings all day. In the past I have really not liked it when I had to deal alone with people coming for home repairs or any house issues. If only everyone who came to our home was as great and efficient as Andre and Marcus! Love them! I also want to mention one of the managers who came out and did some hard work along with Marcus and Andre, Tia Pule, very nice young lady!

My hats off to the team from this Servpro crew (Chris, Hamilton, Marcus, etc) for their prompt water remediation the past week. Started last weekend with a pipe that had sprayed water into the wall for sometime. Within 2 hours of filing the claim, Servpro was on site and had the damaged wall and flooring removed and began drying operations for the weekend. They came back Monday to complete the inspection and disinfect the damaged area. All of the employees were courteous and professional. Very grateful for their work!
