We really regret the purchase of this poor craftsmanship of a home. It's been over 2 months since the purchase and since day one of moving in and actually injuring myself due to a stair rail falling as I'm walking up the stairs because it wasn't studded into the wall. And it's been hell every since. They forgot to put the trap in the home which was causing an odor. I've had my master shower tub replaced twice. We still don't have our alarm system in the home that has been mentioned several times and we don't get an response. The garage floor is cracking and even haven't parked an vehicle into the garage yet. The little bit of stuff they come to fix with the craftsmanship they just bandage it. It's so much within the home with craftsmanship that is poor quality. It's so much that is wrong within the home and hasn't been addressed just ignored. Worst home purchase experience and will never purchase through Stanley Martin again.

I have been more than impressed by Stanley Martin from the construction process to everyone I have dealt with from the beginning stages. I closed on my first home a few months ago with Stanley Martin and since the very first meeting, Jason was nothing but friendly and professional and always on point with answering questions or handling any of my concerns. I really can't think of one negative thing to say about this builder and I will definitely be contacting them when it is time for the next house.

Hi i dont have any option less then 1 star other wise give them 0 star i bought less then 2 years ago new town house but the matariel they use for paint is very bad and they said you have 9 month walk through appointment we will fix but when 9 month passed no one show up i called them they said sorry u missed ur appointment and now u calling us afatar 7 days so i said ithought u guys contect me but they said no u missed ur appointment so we cant do nothing i have lots of crakes and paint work.and google star is big game to when u are buying home and struggling for all process they come to u and gona say u plz give us 5 star rating so plz when ever you go with stanley martin make sure everyting first then give us stars thanks .
