Dan the owner came himself to our house and oversaw the work being done on our 1200 foot patio. He was involved in all the details and they did an excellent job. Was responsive from the day we called to set up the appointment until the job was done. Very friendly and professional and priced extremely competitive. Ultimate Concrete built two patios for us - a stamped concrete patio to replace loose brick in a courtyard in front of our house and a large stamped concrete patio in the back to replace an existing patio. The quality of work was outstanding as was the performance of their crew. The planning process went smoothly and Peter helped immensely with design aesthetics and color choices. They showed up on time and completed everything in a matter of days. This company provides attention to detail and a sense of artistry to concrete design at a price point where competitors were offering basic stamped designs or even plain broom finished concrete. In our case they did little extras like integrating a redesigned drain system and aligning expansion joints with a brick border pattern for concealment. If you want to have some concrete work done, make the time to meet with them - you'll find they'll bring aspects of the design and process to your attention that other concrete contractors simply don't do or don't think about until they're in the middle of the job.
My first experience with them was almost 14 years ago. They did a walkway for me. After that they did many jobs for my friends and family. All the work was topnotch and cutting edge. The professionalism and experience that Dan has is hard to come by. They just finished the patio at our new house and we are very pleased. I would definitely recommend Ultimate Concrete to anyone is the market.
Dan and his crew did an amazing job of removing and replacing concrete, then stamping a very large deck for me. Despite battling rain and stormy weather for ten days, they managed to complete the job on time. The pool deck looks fantastic, drains well and exceeds our expectations. Great job guys!
