Great response when we've had service issues which is where it counts as a consumer. We stay with Midwest Connections because they've really worked with us to get the best signal strength possible. Looking forward to their network upgrades and higher bandwidth options soon!

First, I am not sure how or why you would ever leave a negative review for Midwest! They offer the best customer service I have ever experienced with any internet company! They never fail to deliver what they have promised, and will work themselves crazy to ensure the customer is 100% satisfied! Secondly, we recently had to move out of their service area, and they are working diligently to expand, and you better believe we will drop the service we have and join them again as quickly as we can! Having chosen to live, literally, in the middle of nowhere, we know what it is like to settle for mediocre service at unbelievably outrageous prices, they were a blessing to us and we hope to be back with them soon! Thirdly, the negative reviews I am seeing sound more like a personal vendetta or some young punk with too much time on his hands than they do a real review! We have never experienced anything but the best from them!!! Finally, if you are seriously considering Midwest, I cannot recommend them enough! The entire company, from the manager to the field techs, ROCKS!
Amazing service! Internet is fast and affordable. I can stream on multiple TVs and game online at the same time. I would highly recommend!!!!
We have the second from the top of the plans. We are able to watch multiple tv services, play on our phones and iPads simultaneously without any issue. The customer service is amazing. We have called in regards to increasing and decreasing our plans and they've always been friendly and informative. Never pushy or sales like. We have had our service for at least 3 years.
