After a 40 min wait my 6 year old got a raw corndog. They wouldn't answer their phone and part of my order was missing!

I give 3 stars because at some point the service here isn't that great. It never fails when I order, something in my order is messed up.
I left a review with your Corporate Headquarters so I hope they share with you. Today when my Mom & I pulled through the drive through and asked for a free blast since she is 89 years young and had just finished her last chemotherapy treatment and you said yes....it made her day. Then when we pull up to the window & all the young employees were telling her way to go & giving her thumbs up she was thrilled. Thanks to your employees for acknowledging my Mom's accomplishment. Our order was placed and they brought both Meals wrong they did replace one of the meals for free. The second mreal look like three of the chicken strips had been cooked prior and were burnt there was bits of fries and onion ring and tater tot pieces in the meal box not very presentable. Very disappointing
Sonic has always been my favorite fast food joint. And it will continue to be. Has some of the best hamburgers around.
