What a wonderful experience! Christa is the person you want to go to for all things health related. She has a beautiful way of not only healing but teaching you about your own health. I am at ease when I work with her.

I'm not sure what Abby is more passionate about: the art and practice of Chinese Medicine, or helping people feel better with a whole-person approach! She is so knowledgeable as a practitioner of Chinese Medicine - whether it's acupuncture, herbs, moxa, she knows each application and how to find a solution to whatever ails your body, inside or out. Chinese Medicine can be unfamiliar to some, but Abby makes her patients feel informed and comfortable with any procedure. Perhaps the best thing about working with Abby and Acupuncture & Apothecary is that she genuinely cares about sharing her practice with all - and has very creative ways to make treatment affordable and accessible, through avenues like her community room. If you are lucky enough to work WITH Abby, she is smart, hilarious and so kind. If you are lucky to be treated BY Abby, let's just say your body will thank you no matter if you visit to deal with pain, addiction, or just overall wellness. I personally recommend: fire-cupping, moxa (especially if you're not a needle fan), and Tibetan foot soaks.

I have had anxiety issues all my life, and was skeptical about these treatments at first. Lindsey was so friendly and made the entire process feel so easy. I was scared of needles until we began my treatment. She went slow and my pace it made me feel comfortable and I was able to keep doing more with every episode. These treatments not only brought me out of a bad place in my head but made me strive for an overall better health. She helped me quit smoking after 8 years and since treatments I have had a lot less anxiety, I’m no longer getting sick repeatedly and overall more in tune with my body. I highly recommend her practice. You won’t regret getting in touch with her and seeing what she could help you with, she has tons of knowledge on the subject and is just such an amazing Practice overall. You won’t regret this decision.

This was my first time getting acupuncture, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I will definitely be back for more. Loved it!

Christa has helped me with so many aspects of my health. She asks me insightful questions to get a full holistic understanding of my health and history before providing me with recommendations and instructions. Christa is easy to talk to and I feel listened to and never judged or blamed for any of my symptoms-but empowered to know my options around healing.
