As part of a major renovation, we needed to replace all locks and door handles on a number of inside and outside doors. I called Circle City because they had been rated so highly, and was not disappointed. The owner responded to my inquiry promptly, and scheduled an appointment for the next few days. The person who did the work arrived on time, explained everything, went above and beyond because a number of locks needed unanticipated work, and stayed until all the work was completed to my satisfaction. I have a very positive impression of Circle City and would definitely use them again. I would give them high marks on being fair and being very good at what they do.
We called Circle City Lock & Key to replace some door locks in our house based on very good reviews. However, he caused a lot of damage to the doors while installing the locks, and we ended up having to repair and repaint the doors after he was done.
