Horrible experience. They “care” about people? Really? My dad, who has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s is here for evaluation. I came to visit to find the room boiling hot, he feels like he is burning up, the room looks worse than a prison room with no pictures, no TV. We asked where his hearing aids were and the lady I spoke to had no idea. I am in a state of disbelief.
