I began what would be, a lifelong meditation practice, in this very temple, with the love and support of these dear, dear people. They gently corrected my beginner’s slouch, showed me how to breath, and provided me with a space to truly connect to meditation in an authentic way. I was forver changed. Forever grateful. I love this place with a very tender part of my heart.
