They truly were awesome. We dreaded going in to the Dealership to purchase vehicle, but because of availability we had no choice. All that being said we started off by seeking out the Sale Manager Jaime and he was kind and Professional, even thanked us for the opportunity to work for and with us. He connected us with Kimberly from his sales staff.The experience was nothing less than outstanding. The entire process was low pressure and Kim just listened to what we were looking for, gave us options, and remained patient through out. If your looking for an a vehicle I would highly recommend giving them an opportunity to help you with your purchase.

We were referred to Ms. Kimberly Peters back in June after we got the itch to purchase another vehicle from Chapman Acura. It had been 12 years and we were looking to get something to accommodate our growing family. There was a certified pre-owned 2019 RDX A-SPEC that we’d been eyeing, but the price was beyond our budget. When we met Ms. Peters, she was very friendly, professional, comical, knowledgeable and (most importantly) patient. We played around with numbers and decided to wait. As time passed, she would often check-in to see how things were going and provide updates on special pricing. We greatly appreciated this including the fact that she was sincere in wanting to see us get the right vehicle at the right time. Well, we finally made the decision to purchase the RDX A-SPEC over two months later! The process was smooth and exciting, plus we didn’t have any buyers remorse! Ms. Peters and her colleagues, Jaime Garcia (Sales GM) and Nariman ”Norman” Azizi, are all class acts. Their work ethics are on par with the excellent reputation and reliability of Acura. We bought a used 2017 MDX a couple weeks ago that was near the end of it’s warranty window. We’ve been using the Acura dealership in Tucson for a warranty repair. Our service advisor Rene insisted on us taking a loaner while they figure out and fix the issue with our car. The service and dedication to customer satisfaction here is as good as it gets. Rene and the other service advisors we’ve dealt with have been extremely accommodating and helpful. Looking forward to doing business with this dealership in the future when it’s time for another purchase

Actually went here for recall check on an air bag. They tried to sell me a bill of goods....told me I needed about 12,000 repair on my Honda. I have a Honda garage that has taken good care of my car for many years.....so don't let them rip u off!

*UPDATE* Spoke with the managers and received my headrests within 24 hours. I was in the office towards the end of the business day, and they were making calls to get things figured out while I was there. They apologized and worked quickly to get things resolved. They explained the issues that occured with getting the parts, which I appreciated. The salesman was not communicative with me, and had he been, I could have been more patient. But I appreciate the work they did to get this resolved. --- They sold me a truck without headrests. I bought a truck the beginning of June, and asked about the missing headrests while signing. Was told "yeah, they're ordered. Should be here in two weeks." Came back 2 weeks later, and was told "parts are taking longer to ship because of Covid. Should be here in 2 weeks." Come back 2 weeks later "sorry still not in." Come back 3 weeks later, get told "yeah, we had been waiting for another vehicle to come in with same headrests. My manager didn't want to order them, because of his bottomline. We'll get them ordered this week." Get a text from the salesman on Aug 24, "they'll be in this week." I show up on Sept 4, giving them ANOTHER TWO WEEKS for the headrests to arrive. "sorry, we should have them in on next Tuesday." Thankfully, I've not been rear ended in the 3 MONTHS I've had the vehicle. It should not take this long to get simple parts. During this time, I ordered additional OEM parts from the manufacturer, and had them in a week.
