AMAZING EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND!!!!! I usually don't leave reviews but this dealership and it's team truly deserves it! My salesman Donald was a great one, he was very upfront and honest all the way through the process and kept me posted on everything as the deal came together. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all my questions and made the setup a breeze. I also want to thank the sales manager Matt and the finance manager Brian for all their extra effort and making my experience very enjoyable. My wife and i purchased a new 2020 Hyundai Palisade here today and our salesman Eli was awesome to work with. We are from Tucson and Eli took care of us and did everything possible to get us in our new Hyundai we were able to purchase our vehicle through internet and phone working closely with Eli he was outstanding in getting us approved and even recommended his broker to help us get insurance on our Hyundai thank you so much Eli for all you did to help us purchase our Hyundai. Now it doesn't end there Eli had another Chapman employee named Mario who drove and delivered our Hyundai to us at our home which made our experience that much better. Once Mario arrived with our vehicle Mario went over all the vehicles bells and whistles and explained and showed us how everything worked i was really impressed with Mario and his knowledge about our new purchase. In conclusion i must say that Eli and Mario gave us the best experience in buying a vehicle from them over at Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale and i will definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking to purchase a new car.
