Charles has delivered on time on my schedule, I live in a very difficult area to deliver in and he always does a great job and never price gouges like so many companies do, if he can't deliver everything I have ordered he sets up another delivery time and does not charge extra, I wish there were more people like him especially in a business this busy in the place we live, if the other post that is a one star because it's not seasoned please realize firewood is first come first serve and order early! Not when you need it, you don't prepare for the winter then you get what you get and you don't throw a fit
