I used Ray a few years back and it took 8 weeks from start to finish. Another friend of mine used another lawyer and it took over a year. Ray and his staff are very efficient and keep you informed.
At first, I thought this chapter 7 would be a nightmare. That is before I met and talked things over with Charles Covey. He wasted no time at getting things rolling. He may seem at first like he is a little eccentric, but i quickly realized he just wants to get all of the information needed to file. He is prudent with the way he spends his time. After getting to know him, I realized he was 100% on my side, doing things I could have never done without his help. Charles Covey is an attorney who i would recommend to ANYONE for your bankruptcy needs. He will give his opinion on what type of bankruptcy you should file. He will always tell you exactly what to do. I called their office several times with questions, and he was NEVER begrudging about taking calls, and he always set my mind to ease all through the process. Everyone in the office is professional, including the receptionist, his assistant, and Charles himself. He helped pull myself out of the fire.. All the creditors stopped calling me once the order was made on my behalf. Oh, one more thing. I filed just right before Covid19 surfaced, so things got hectic with the entire court system, so instead of going to the court for the meeting of creditors, I was able to do an over the phome call to the trustee along with several others on the phone line. Saying all this so people know that they can still file, even during the pandemic. Charles will work everything out for you and let you know what the next step is. If you hire Charles, you will be very glad you made the right choice of attorney. Hes got your back. Just be COMPLETELY honest about everything he asks, and this nightmare of collection companies calling day and night will end! I promise you will be happy with this choice!! I would go to him again if I had it to do over again!!!!
