Alan (Allen) came out within the hour, found out leak, repaired it and gave us the best care, guidance and service we could have asked for. I was pleasantly surprised at you company's good quality, value, and professional service. My water heater needed replacing, and upon servicing, it was determined that I needed an electrical water heater over a gas heater. I thought that it would be more, but, after spending 4 hours and calling in another service vehicle, removing the old water heater, re-doing the piping, installing the new one, etc., the total price was less than that originally quoted. Because I also needed an electrician from another company, I found out that the electrician charged significantly MORE than Murphy for. labor alone. I am thankful for Murphy's service and attention to personal service. I will use them again.

Sat and talked to the owner about refunding my bill. His plumber misdiagnosed my situation and charged me longer than he stayed. Said he would look into this matter. Owner has not refund me or even called to discuss my request. This is not professional. This is horrible customer service.
