Never Again! Hired jon to make plans for a breezway between two buildings. Issue: code enforcement told me that joining the buildings makes them one and would require many costly additional building items (sprinkler systems, etc) Jon was not worried about that. He thought he knew the building codes better and told me they would go thru permitting. Got the plans (after months) submitted and they will not go thru permitting for the same reason I told him. He will not refund my money for plans that are worthless because he does not know the codes.
