Mike and the crew at Charles River Saab / Saab Parts Depot are first rate. Fortunately, I live about an hour away so when absolutely necessary I can pick up from them six days a week. But they routinely ship directly to homes and shops and it's usually a day or two faster than anticipated. As an approved Saab supplier they can get genuine parts when others can't and their prices are fair. If you're a Saab guy or gal I suggest you bookmark their site and have their number in your Contacts folder. They live and breathe Saab and they're that good!

They broke my rear window, didn't pay for it. I hag to go through my insurance company and pay a deductible They gave me a loner but when I picked up my car everything wasn't put back together. would not bring my car back Update 06/12/19 - I took my care to another auto shop to get my brake lights changed and the mechanic told me that who ever put rear window in ordered the wrong size glass. So the part of the glass that connects with the brake doesn't reach and thus is impossible to connect. He said that I should take my car back and make them install the correct glass. Think not but I will be reporting them.They basically screwed a simple job up from start to finish.
