This is the first and only aerial studio I’ve ever been to. Even without having ever gone to other studios- I can tell how professional and well equipped this one is. The facility is very large in comparison to others and there are so many apparatuses to choose from. The instructors are very knowledgeable in all things aerial and it’s a great time way to learn a new skill and build upper body strength. Whether just for a fun new experience or to commit to learning an aerial skill- this is the place!
Aerial Fit is an outstanding company, with dedication to safety first and foremost. They teach amazing skills with step-wise progressions, in a non-judgmental environment.
There are so many great things I could say about this place. This has become a weekly thing for me. I love the challenge that this class give me and I am always inspired by those around me. They have everything from all apparatuses to aerial yoga. I would highly recommend incorporating this into your new and fun workout routine.
I've taken 2 starter classes with Lindsey and she was delightful each time. Very friendly, encouraging and helpful. Would definitely recommend her class!
