Valet captain at Duke University hospital says this company has this contract but his shirt says Lanier and the ticket taker says Reef. I would understand if they couldn't hire workers but I've seen at least a half dozen.i would understand if it was busy but it's not I haven't seen six cars brought back in the last hour.

They take good care of your car.
New ownership and new company. Unfortunately, they have not yet learned the importance of customer service. I travel weekly, and since this new group has taken over, my car has not been ready on time one trip. Even if I call and let them know I have landed, I still get to the kiosk and have to wait about 10 minutes on the car. Incredibly disappointing for a service that should be so easy. If we are paying extra for valet, the service should follow.
