Great class from beginning to end. Kathy is a wonderful teacher and made my husband and I feel very prepared for what’s ahead. She did a great job at making my husband feel included / gave him helpful advice as well. Highly recommend.

My wife and I took this course during her pregnancy. Speaking specifically to the dads, this class was so helpful. Being the youngest I’ve been around many births and babies via my siblings. I felt fairly confident before this class, but had no idea how much Kathy would teach me! She gave my wife and I the confidence we needed to be excited about the birth of our son. I was able to use her teachings to help coach my wife through her labor and delivery. I recommend this course to everyone! Kathy is the best!
I honestly can not put into words how wonderful Kathy is and how exceptional this class was for my husband and me. Kathy’s experience and her evidence based approach to the labor and delivery process, post partum care, and breastfeeding really prepared us for what was ahead and gave us the tools to have the delivery we wanted. Even since having our son, I still look back on her power points for tips on breastfeeding. Even if you are not looking into having a natural birth, preparing yourself and your spouse/partner prior to delivery is so important. Kathy prepared us for all of these things and gave us an experience we will never forget while preparing for parenthood.
When I found out we were expecting, I immediately started looking into classes (specifically hypnobirthing on the suggestion of my OB.) I stumbled upon Kathy's page and have absolutely no regrets!! She comes to your house for personal one on one sessions, is affordable, knowledgeable and personable. The classes are convenient and since they're one on one I felt like we could discuss things that I was concerned about as opposed to just a generic class setting. I had to be unexpectedly induced and I can say with confidence that without Kathy's guidance I would not have been remotely prepared for what to expect. I got so many compliments at the hospital for how educated I was and how prepared I was to make important decisions regarding my labor and it's thanks to Kathy!
