The worst service! We rented an RV through RV Share but Scott of Charleston RV Rentals was the person responsible for managing the RV, delivery and setup. He delivered the RV and it was filthy dirty! He was aggravated that we called him to come back and clean it. The worst part is that he thought the condition of the RV was acceptable. The floors were filthy, crumbs all over the stove, it smelled bad, had hair in the shower, an old used bar of soap in the shower, and toothpaste splattered on the bathroom mirror. But he didn't see anything wrong with this?! Long story short, he got mad that we complained and ended up taking the RV back. He tried to ruin our vacation, but luckily RV Share refunded our money and we were able to find a very clean RV through AirBnB the next day. I would not recommend Charleston RV Rentals as long as Scott works there.
Horrible service this guy scott said he had an rv on Friday but it was too late to reserve it so I call sat and he said was out of the office to call Monday called Monday and spoke with him several times until he stopped taking my calls and returning them. I was ready to pay full price upfront for dying mothers last wish and he couldn't even return a call. 10-4 is all he kept saying but never came through that's a negative good buddy
Terrible service, had a death in the family and needed an RV for a week, ready to pay cash. Denied service due to rain and laziness.
