I have never had a better car buying experience! From the moment James Le replied to my initial email, I knew I had made the right choice in selecting Hendrick Lexus! James was so patient with me as we did almost the entire car-buying process online and over the phone. Walking into the dealership, he and everyone else I encountered were extremely friendly and helpful! Buying a car without seeing it was nerve-wracking, but I had nothing to worry about! The car, the price I paid, and the process was exactly as James said it would be. He even had the extra mats I asked for that weren't available promptly delivered to my house! Matt Murphy, the tech specialist was also great! I had so many questions (keep in mind I hadn't test driven the car, so this was my first time seeing it) and he was very patient and thorough in answering them. I also want to note that Hendrick Lexus was very COVID safe and I felt completely comfortable with the precautions they have taken. Overall, I could not be happier with my new Lexus or my choice to purchase it from James Le at Hendrick Lexus Charleston!

Wilbur Wiggins was the best, he made us feel very comfortable. This was my first purchase and like Wilbur said it set the bar really high. He was very patient with us, it took us 3 days and we couldn’t make up our mind but Wilbur was so helpful. Everyone was very friendly and helpful but Wilbur is #1 he is our family now, he said we are apart of the Lexus family. We are so happy with our purchase.

Raymond goes above and Beyond. There is no salesman like him. He literally gets down on your level makes you feel 100 percent comfortable and gives you the best advice without being pushy. My husband and I have bought 5-6 cars from Hendrick Lexus because of Raymond. Also Oliver in finance is amazing. I can’t say enough about this TEAM from the front door to service to Raymond and any sales person and finance. They work as a TEAM to make the client first priority and important. I made the mistake of using a different dealership once in Charleston and I’ll never go back. There is something To be said for honesty and integrity and going the extra mile to make anyone from the Joe Schmoe to a multimillionaire feel like a million bucks! This dealership is the recipe for success Hendrick should model all of their dealerships after this one. That is why we keep coming back! Absolutely amazed To be honest I walked on the lot dreadful of a salesperson approaching me and having to listen to the typical sales tactics. About 5 minutes in I was amazed. John You were very respectful of what I was looking for. You went out of the way to take time with my wife and I to look at more affordable cars and options at other lots. I found it awesome you took us to the I’ll call it the competitions lot and sold me their car! I guarantee I would not have purchased that same car under different circumstance. Thank you and Mr Hendricks for employing such a great staff! There will not be a car buying conversation near me that I do not mention John @ Hendrick Lexus. We love our car :)

Mr. Wilbur is exceedingly great at his job, my schedule is not easy to work with nor was my situation so by no means was I an “easy” customer but Mr. Wilbur went above and beyond. While I was away from my phone most of the day Mr.Wilbur did all the ground work for me so the deal and vehicle were ready in the small amount of time I had after I was available. The sales experience from Mr.Wilbur has been exceptional as well as the smoothness and swiftness of the finance department. By far this is my best car buying experience and I highly recommend you ask for Mr. Wilbur he’s got you in good hands.

I had a nail in my tire, and had to go to Lexus of Charleston to get a new tire. I called to make an appointment, but they were booked all week. The representative heard my frustration and somehow got me in the same day to get my tire repaired. So Awesome!! From start to finish Jared and his crew were very polite and informative. Super professional and fast. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff. I can't wait to go back for my next service.
