I went here two weeks ago for an abortion. I missed my follow up call and have called THREE TIMES since to speak to one of the providers regarding symptoms I still have, but NO ONE has called me or seems concerned. Everytime I call I get the standard \someone will call you in 48 hours\, but here we are and still no phone call. I have no idea if the symptoms I'm experiencing are normal or not. Just another reminder of why it sucks to be a woman in America, especially in the south!!!

I have needed Planned Parenthood for annual wellness exams and check ups. Each time I've gone, my experience has been great. I feel welcomed, cared for, and assisted as needed. Sometimes I have had a long wait, and other times it has been super quick! Thankful for all the staff there.

My last appointment they forgot to send me a link to the video chat. I call 7min before my appointment time, sit on hold for 5min, tell the receptionist the issue, she waits another 5min before sending me the link. The nurse goes to checks me in and says that she has to cancel my appointment and the next available is in over a week. Now I've waited and had my appointment, and the doctor calls in the wrong prescription. I have called them three or four times and left messages with various people over the course of over a week and nobody has attempted to call me back or contact me or remedy the issue in any way. During the last call I told the receptionist that I had already scheduled an appointment at another practice and not to worry about sending another note to the doctor. She then deadnamed me and hung up.

I would give a -5 if I could. Never experienced such horrible service anywhere else. Completely wasted hours of my time for what should've been easy and quick tele-health appointments for some birth control. Was never contacted for 2 separate appointments and when I finally got someone on with me I was told I'd have to reschedule even though they were the ones that never answered and made me late for the original appointment. They were very rude and incredibly unhelpful. I DO NOT suggest going to them at all.

I have to reschedule my appointment 3 separate times and ended up leaving and not rescheduling after the 3rd time. I went in to get an iud. They gave me contradicting information at every appointment and didn't tell me information that was important so i could get the iud I wanted. On top of that, I have never felt more judged at any other doctors. Find a different place to go, I would rather drive farther than feel uncomfortable with the people giving me care
