Mark, Walking over the areas this morning that Roger and his crew cut, it almost defies belief what a fantastic job he did of clean-cutting the fields. I don’t know how much extra time, energy, wear and tear it took for the work he did but it is light-years beyond anything I have seen done before. You bragged on him to begin with and he “walked the walk” that you “talked” of him. We are so very grateful that we chose you guys to cut our trees. Please feel free to use us for any reference that you need. Also, thank you for the job you did marketing our trees finding the best price for us all. Southern Pines Land and Timber did a fantastic job. I am located in Georgia and have no knowledge about the timber management business. I was contacted by Ben Whittenton about the timber on our family’s property. His communication and guidance through the process was amazing. I was happy with the amount received and I will definitely be using Southern Timber again.
Southern Pines did a great job harvesting from our property. Mark was great to work with and was always very honest and prompt responding to my requests. Their logger was also top notch and left the property as clean as could be expected.
Being out of state (GA) I contacted Several companies, and SOuthern Pines had the best price. We used Dustin, who made us feel comfortable with the entire process from the logging plan to giving us frequent updates. Also, we ended up getting more saw timber than was initially projected. Definitely will be using this company for all future harvests! Thanks again for the solid work and communication throughout this process.
