Nobody will answer the phone and when you try to sign up online, the website won't allow all the information you try to give (direct phone numbers). People need help and they're not getting it. I've been out of work for a month.
After an hour hold waiting for the specialist and finally being able to talk to someone, They HUNG UP ON ME. I explained my situation. “Hmm, hmm.” “I don’t understand, let me check something real quick sir.” I get hung up on, no call back, nothing. Why are they allowed to toy with peoples live like this? It’s not fair, action MUST be taken!

Trying to get help to appeal a denial for unemployment and literally cannot talk to anyone. The automated system literally won't even allow you to remain on hold. It just hangs up on you. I worked in the same place for 16 years and was denied unemployment because it was determined I voluntarily quit my job with no discussion on my end and it is impossible to even talk to someone.
