Overall, food is freshly prepared and taste great, best philly steak sandwiches I ever had in Cedar Rapids. However the workers can be on the pushy side, wont hurt to crack a smile from time to time.

The guys working there are very polite and extremely fast, and my cheese steak sandwich was perfect with a good quality beef and and plenty of it. The lemonade was good as well.

Cook was wearing his mask below his nose, when I asked him to lift it up before he cooked my food and he shook his head at me and pulled it up touching his nose. He didn't change his gloves and just kept cooking after touching his nose. :( Canceled my order and left, probably wont be back after the pandemic because it was rude to shake his head at me and just plain ignorant to not know about food safety/cross contamination.

The people at Charleys is so rude, so everytime I try to make an order they cancel it. Then when I call an tell the guy what's going on he barely give a me a chance and hangs up on me,so I guess they're mad because I made a complaint once about the food not being right what I ordered. That's fine but I'm spending my money with you guys and for you to be so rude. I will be calling over you guys store and the bbb like customers shouldn't be treated like this.

The cheesesteaks are alright for the price. There's a variety that you can pick from, and you can request to remove any toppings if you choose to. I wouldn't mind stopping here again on a future road trip.

The Philly steaks were great..But the employees were SO Rude. I have never been to a charleys before and now I don't think I will ever want to come back. The way my family and I were spoke to was not okay. I know it's Christmas Eve and they don't want to be working but do not take it out on the customers.

California chicken sandwich is very nice. The thick fries are good but my favorite is the peach lemonade with the peach chunks is so colorful and tastes great! The sandwiches are good but it is worth the money if you choose to by a combo rather than just a sandwich!
